The Design project basically consists of three different actuators and sensors , here is briefly what it does. The system that is being been built is a closed loop system, the main goal of this circuit is to assist you in the park your vehicle so almost who owns a vehicle can use this device to help them park. This circuit basically works as a distance sensor with the help of the ultrasonic sensor in place, also the ultrasonic sensor is interfaced to the led’s, so the led also shows the relative distance of the object. As the object comes closer more LED’s light up as a warning to the person who is parking their vehicle. The last component of this circuit is the buzzer, as the object comes closer to the sensor the buzzer gives different tones of sound as an indication to the person who is parking his/her vehicle. In terms of planned enhancement to this project, I will be also adding a light sensor, touch sensor, and a servo motor. The reason I am adding a light sensor is to enhance this circuit even more so basically light sensor would also now detect the back light of the vehicle and send the signal to the buzzer, the buzzer then switches its sound tone to another sound tone which is much louder than before, so this would automatically notify the driver that he is relatively close to the device. Lastly I also want to include the touch sensor so that when the vehicle hits the device then the touch sensor would then be activated and additionally the buzzer would go off but this time it would have different sound tones which is much louder than before and also the LED’s would also flash repeatedly and also additionally I will also have DC motor that is going to be activated at the same time and which is going to vibrate indicating the driver that he has hit something.
